A man cut and split his own penis after a woman allegedly "whispered" to him in the town of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur on Nov. 3, 2021
The man who was only named alias "Boy" said that he cut his own penis when a woman's voice "whispered" to him asking for his penis.
Boy was changing clothes when he heard a woman's voice telling him to give his penis. He then took a blade and willingly divided his penis including his testicles in the back of their house.
Prior to the incident, the victim was said to be restless and was going back and forth to their home as if he had a problem, based on the initial investigation according to Santa Cruz Police Station.
According to the authorities and some barangay officials, the victim did not want to be accused of rape so he cut off his own penis.
Boy was also reported to be intoxicated when the incident happened and have a drinking problem.
Today, the victim is in the hospital and is now in good condition.
