Light Rail Transit Authority Administrator Gen. Reynaldo Berroya has died, Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade on Sunday, November 15, 2021 said:
"It is with profound sadness and sorrow that we bid adieu to one of the most courageous and dedicated public servant and defender of the Republic, Gen. Reynaldo Berroya (Ret.), Administrator of the Light Rail Transport Authority (LRTA)."
Retired Police Director General Berroya was elected as LRTA administrator in 2017. He also served in other Government agencies related to transportation.
